[Fixed] Buttons from the "game over" screen were not shown on Firefox OS 1.1.
[Fixed] If the player made 0 points and there were no highscores, the game would ask for a name.
[Added] Added missing pieces (J, S and Z).
[Changed] Game buttons do not disappear anymore after the first click.
